The RS1G201ATTB1 is a P-Channel 40V 20A (Ta), 78A (Tc) 3W (Ta), 40W (Tc) Surface Mount 8-HSOP, manufactured by ROHM. It is a power MOSFET developed using the company’s process of trench gate field stop structure. This ensures a high-speed switching performance with low on-resistance and low gate charge.
