Additional Infomation About Product

BAR42FILM is a high voltage CMOS process developed by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for use in high-power, high-reliability power disk drive and automotive applications. The process features heavily doped n- well implants for increased breakdown voltage and high reliability, low-voltage polysilicon gates for a wide operating range, low-leakage polysilicon resistors and capacitors in addition to MOSFETS and ESD protection diodes on wafers with diameters up to 200 mm. This process allows for creation of efficient component solutions that can operate over a wide temperature range and with very low power consumption.
