It is fully compliant with Universal Serial Bus Specification Rev. 2.0 and On-The-Go Supplement to the USB 2.0 Specification Rev. 1.3. The ISP1302UK can transmit and receive serial data at full-speed (12 Mbit/s) and low-speed (1.5 Mbit/s) data rates. The ISP1302UK is available in WLCSP25 package. 2.
