Additional Infomation About Product

The LD1085 is a high performance, low dropout linear regulator designed by STMicroelectronics. It operates as a fixed 3.3V output voltage regulator, and can handle input voltages between 6V and 14.5V. It has built in over current and thermal protection and offers high accuracy and low ripple. The output current is up to 1.5A and the load regulation is ±1.0 % for loads of 1mA to 1.5A. Additionally, it offers low ground noise and fast load transient response. The LD1085 is available in the a number of different packages which includes TO-220, SOT-223, TO-263 and SMD packaging.
