The STF28NM50N is an N-Channel, Enhancement Mode, MDmesh II Power MOSFET manufactured by STMicroelectronics that is designed for power switching applications in DC/DC converters, general power supplies, and motor controllers. This device features a maximum drain-source voltage of 500V, on-state resistance of 0.135 ohms, maximum current ratings of 800mA and 116A, maximum power dissipation of 53W, and a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C. This device is fully qualified with the Automotive Quality Assurance Standard AEC-Q101 and makes use of the latest MDmesh II technology.
