Additional Infomation About Product

The STGWT30HP65FB is a 650V, 40A high speed insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) from STMicroelectronics' Trench gate field-stop IGBT HB series. This component is designed for applications that require a higher switching frequency than traditional IGBTs, such as motor control or motor speed control. It features an extended temperature range of -40 to +125°C, and a short circuit withstand time of 0.25uS. Its tRDS(on), active region current is 1.25A and V(ce)sat is 4.9V. It features a superior, reverse-conducting safe operating area and a breakdown voltage of 800V at 25°C. Additionally, this powerful semiconductor component exhibits low EMI emissions.
