It is a through-hole transistor, with a TO-220 package, which is suitable for use in automated assembly processes. The device features fast switching switching time of 1.9 µs, low saturation voltage and a high current gain of 150. The TIP147T device is intended for use in general purpose switching, and low level amplifier applications.
