Additional Infomation About Product

The TN3015H-6T is a highly integrated SCR, DFD, THYR, TRIAC & RECTIFIER module manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for medium voltage and power applications, with a breakdown voltage of 150 V and a maximum peak gate current of 1.5 A. The TN3015H-6T uses a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) to control the application current. The housed four-threshold detector (DFD) can help to detect the output load current and protect it from high voltage or overload conditions. In addition, a thyristor (THYR) is used for synchronization and reset. Finally, a TRIAC and rectifier are integrated for reverse current protection. The TN3015H-6T's integrated design makes it a compact and economical solution for a variety of applications, including motor control, appliance motor control, HVAC, and industrial automation.
