The TSZ182IYDT is a low-side protected high-side switch from STMicroelectronics. It is designed for automotive applications and has an integrated protection circuit to protect from short-circuits and overloads. The switch is capable of switching a load up to 18A in high side configuration and is PWM dimmable. It is available in a space-saving flat-pack through-hole package with 8 leads.
