VND810PEP-E Double channel high-side driver Features Type R I V DS(on) OUT CC (1) (1) VND810PEP-E 160mW 3.5A 36V 1. Per each channel. PowerSSO-12 CMOS compatible inputs Description Open drain status outputs On-state open-load detection The VND810PEP-E is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 Off-state open-load detection Technology. The VND810PEP-E is intended for Shorted load protection driving any type of multiple load with one side Undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown connected to ground. Loss of ground protection The active V pin voltage clamp protects the CC Very low standby current device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). Reverse battery protection Active current limitation combined with thermal In compliance with the 2002/95/EC european shutdown and automatic restart protects the directive device against overload. The device detects the open-load condition in both the on and off-state. In the off-state the device detects if the output is shorted to V . The device automatically turns off CC in the case where the ground pin becomes disconnected. Table 1.
