The VNQ5050AKTR-E with STMicroelectronics Gate Drivers Quad Ch HiSide Drivr is an integrated circuit produced by STMicroelectronics for controlling the power output of a variety of applications. It contains four channels of high-side power MOSFET gate drivers, suitable for controlling up to four loads with supply voltages as high as 55 volts. The chip also features active charge pump circuitry, an integrated driver supply current monitor, thermal shutdown protection, and an active-high shutdown signal.
