The CD74ACT245M is a bus transceiver with tri-state non-invert manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a high-speed CMOS device designed to provide twisted-pair bus transceivers that meet the high voltage, low noise, and low power requirements of the high-speed bidirectional bus. It accepts low voltage TTL logic levels at its inputs and translates them to higher voltage levels for a bus driver to provide efficient signal transmission. Its output has an enable/disable (tri-state) feature for drive reduction when the bus is inactive. The output from this transceiver is designed to be higher than the 5V voltage needed for digital logic signals and is typically around 7V. It is available in commercial and extended temperature ranges and is designed to meet PCA, IEC, CISPR, EN, VDE and UL requirements.
