Additional Infomation About Product

The SN74LS125ADR is a quad bus buffer with 3-state outputs and is manufactured by Texas Instruments. It can be used for isolation of data buses, providing a bidirectional data flow between bus and buffer. The device has four identical buffers, each containing one input and one output. It has active high output enable and active low input enable signal which has to be asserted or de-asserted to control data flow. The 3-state outputs allow multiple lines to be connected to a single bus to enable sharing of data better. The device is designed for operation with 5-V VCC supply and it is also characterized for operation over the full VCC range from 2 to 7 V. It is available in 14-pin soic, pdip-14, tssop-14 packages and 5-mm x 6-mm vqfn package.
