The UCC27524DR is a dual high-speed low-side, 5A gate driver manufactured by Texas Instruments. This part is designed to drive power MOSFETs and IGBTs at high frequency and high voltage scales. It features protection against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, under-voltage lockout, input dead-time, receiver dead-time, and output high/low levels. This part also has a feature that allows for configurable soft-start time that can be used to limit inrush current. It is available in a SOIC-8 package, and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
