The AP2306N is a low power voltage detector with a high output voltage accuracy, manufactured by VBsemi Elec. It operates on a voltage (Vcc) between 1.2 and 5.5V, and uses a MOSFET SOT23-3 RoHS package. This part is capable of detecting voltages below 0.8, 1, 1.8, 2.5, 3.3, 4.5, and 5V, with an accuracy of ±0.5% typical at 2.5V, and ±1% maximum. It has an operating temperature environment of -40 to 125°C, and a maximum current consumption of 500µA.
