The YJD60N02A is a MOSFET (metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor) manufactured by Yangjie. It is housed in a TO-252 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) package, which is a general-purpose version of the 3-pin surface mount package commonly referred to as an SOT-223. It features an operating voltage of 60 V, a drain current of 40 A, and an avalanche energy rating of 40 mJ.This part uses a trench isolation technology, which provides better switching performance and faster temperature rise (transition).
