The TLP621GB-1 is an optocoupler DIP-4 RoHS manufactured by Youtai. It consists of an IR LED optically coupled to a photo transistor. It is a reliable, low-cost coupler used for applications requiring optical isolation between two circuits, such as noise suppression between motor controllers and input signals. It has a low output saturation voltage (V CE(sat) ) of 0.25V. It features a fast transfer speed of 10Mbps (max) and a minimum CTR of 20%. It has a RoHS compliant package, making it suitable for use in a variety of applications. It is suitable for operating temperatures from -40C to 85C.
