Additional Infomation About Product

The US2M-A is a surface mount general purpose diode from AnBon. It is a RoHS compliant mini-MELF (mini-metal-film) diode with a size of 1.6x1.5mm and an operating temperature range of -50 to 125°C. Its peak forward current rating is 200mA, with a maximum peak reverse voltage of 75V. It features low forward voltage and low capacitance due to its SMA package. The diode is primarily used for voltage and current limiting, overvoltage protection, and signal isolation applications.
