The CS6N65F with MOSFET TO-220F RoHS is an electronic part, or power transistors, manufactured by Convert Semiconductor. The MOSFET TO-220F package is a three-tab energy-dissipating plastic device with RoHS (Restriction Of Hazardous Substances) compliance for lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
