The FMMT718QTA Bipolar Transistor is a low saturation BJT SS, or Bipolar Junction Transistor Small Signal Low Saturation Transistor, packaged in a SOT23-3K (3-Lead SOT-23) form factor made by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to switch and amplify electrical signals and can be used in a variety of designs from high-speed logic buffers to controlling loads in high-temperature automotive environments. In addition to its low saturation voltage of 600mV at 100mA, it also features a wide bandwidth of 120MHz, a high current gain of 390 (hFE), and a high forward transfer admittance of 4500mS. With its high speed switching and low storage time of just 0.3µs, the FMMT718QTA provides excellent performance in a variety of application circuits.
