The BC857C-AQ is a single PNP transistor manufactured by Diotec Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose switching and medium power amplifications. It has an SOT-23 package type and is capable of operating at maximum voltages of up to 45V and with a current of up to 100mA. This transistor has an NPN Darlington configuration with high DC current gain (hFE) enabling it to adequately amplify low currents with high accuracy. It is a general purpose transistor and is commonly used in applications such as audio amplifiers and switching circuits.
