Additional Infomation About Product

The BC859A is a PNP transistor made by the German electronics manufacturer Diotec. It is a general purpose transistor with a maximum power dissipation of 500 mW. The BC859A is a small-signal PNP transistor with very low saturation voltage, which makes it suitable for pre-amplifier and driver stages. It has moderate gain and is mainly used for audio amplifiers, switching applications and small signal amplifiers. It comes in a metal can package with three leads for easy mounting.
