The IRF1405ZSPBF is a N-Channel MOSFET (Metal–Oxide–Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) produced by the German semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies AG. It has a Gate threshold voltage of 4 volts, a maximum drain current of 14 amperes, and a maximum drain-source voltage of 100 volts. It is designed for both low and high frequency switching applications in consumer electronics. The low on-resistance of the device makes it suitable for a wide range of applications such as DC/DC converters, motor control, and general power management solutions. The device is fully insulated, with an Enhanced Leadless (EL) package, making it suitable for use in high level board configurations. Additionally, it has an ultra-low gate charge, making it suitable for low peak current applications.
