The IXTP36P15P is an electric module, manufactured by IXYS Corporation, that is part of their IGBT power module series. It is a non-isolated power half-bridge module with three insulated source terminals and a single-sided cooled housing. The module features an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) for primary switching, two parallel-connected antiparallel thyristors for protection, a heatsink plate, a base plate and two rows of pins for connecting the power wires. The module is rated for a voltage of up to 36 VDC and a continuous current of up to 15 Amp. It is designed for use in motor control, power supplies, UPS, DC-DC converters, motor drive, traction motor drives and other industrial applications.
