The KY2004K SOT-23 MOSFETs ROHS manufactured by Kang Yang are high voltage N-Channel MOSFETs, made with a Silicon-On-Thin-Film process technology optimized for applications requiring over-voltage protection, low on-resistance, and excellent quality. They have 0.35mO on-resistance and come in a few packages. The SOT-23 package has three terminals, drain, gate, and source.
