The KY4435 with SOP-8 MOSFETs ROHS is a low-voltage, high-current, vertical MOSFETs manufactured by Kang Yang. It employs advanced vertical P-Channel MOSFETs which are suitable for high-speed switching and provides up to 8A of gate charge/discharge current. The unit has a RoHS compliant package design, with a low on-resistance, low Qg, and low gate-threshold voltage. It also has a maximum gate voltage of 10V and drain-source resistance of 4mO@Vgs = 4.5V.
