The KIA3407 with MOSFET P Trench 30V 4.1A 3V @ 250uA 60 mΩ @ 4.1A,10V SOT-23 (SOT-23-3) RoHS is a voltage-controlled field effect transistor (FET) manufactured by KIA. This device is designed for use in high-power and high-speed switching and amplifying applications, especially in switch-mode power supplies. It has an integrated trench structure, a P-channel structure capable of handling high currents, low RDS(ON), high breakdown voltage and fast switching performance. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 30V, gate-source voltage rating of 10V, a maximum drain current of 4.1A, and a maximum gate-source voltage of 3V @ 250uA. Its on resistance is low and stable at 60 mΩ @ 4.1A. The SOT-23-3 package is RoHS compliant and allows for a very small footprint.
