The PMV15ENEA with SOT-23 MOSFETs ROHS from Leiditech is a voltage regulator and load switch specifically designed for handheld applications, such as mobile phone, tablet, digital camera, etc. It is optimized for low voltage, low dropout (LDO), high power (HP) switching applications. It provides a very low RDS (on) and a low Gate Threshold Voltage (Vth). The device also offers low quiescent current, fast switch-on and switch-off time, low power consumption, overvoltage protection (OVP) and excellent thermal performance. It is capable of operating at low input voltage, making it compatible with any Lithium-ion, Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) or Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) batteries.
