The LNC16N60 MOSFET N Channel 600V 16A(Tc) 4V @ 250uA 500mO @ 8A is a rugged, reliable and efficient device manufactured by Lonten Semiconductor. It is housed in a TO-220 RoHS compliant package, provides efficient and effective performance, and is compliant with the European Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS2). The MOSFET has an advanced N channel MOSFET design, which provides great switching performance. It offers excellent RDSon at 350uOhm, and is able to handle 16A current with a channel-drain voltage up to 600V.
