The LNF4N65 is a MOSFET N-Trench device with a voltage rating of 650V, a current rating of 4A, 4V @ 250uA, a resistance of 2.7 ohms @ 2A, 10V. It is designed in a TO-262 RoHS compliant package by Lonten Semiconductor.
