The BYV42E-200.127 is a PowerMESH Schottky rectifier diode manufactured by NXP. It has a forward voltage drop of 0.127V at 200mA and measures 2.1mm × 2.6mm. It is a compact, thermally efficient device designed for use in high-frequency, high-current applications such as primary switching applications and power factor correction circuits. It has excellent current handling capabilities, low forward voltage drop, and revesers recovery time suitable for high-frequency switching.
