The FES6J with Rectifiers 6A 600V Ultra Fast by ON Semiconductor is an axial Ultra Fast rectifier with a reverse voltage of 600 Volts and a forward current of 6 Amps. It is designed with Ultra Fast recovery rate and low reverse leakage current. The high temperature soldering process has a temperature rating of 260?/ 10s. The case of the FES6J is DO-35 type for easy installation. It can be used in different applications such as power converters, AC/DC power supply, inverters, etc.
