Additional Infomation About Product

The Powersem PSI50/06 is a high power semiconductor module designed for use in power conversion applications. It is designed for trouble free operation and is capable of delivering a wide range of current and voltage levels. It has a maximum continuous forward current of 50A and a maximum reverse current of 6A. The blocking voltage of this module is 650V, with a turn-on voltage of 20V and a turn-off voltage of 10V. In addition, the Powersem PSI50/06 also has a maximum device junction temperature rating of 150°C and a thermal resistance of 0.6K/W. This module features an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) with no reverse recovery current.
