AG201-63G with RF Amplifier DC-6000MHz 11dB Gain@900MHz is a high performance amplifier manufactured by Qorvo. It is a low noise amplifier which operates at a very wide frequency range of DC-6000MHz. It provides 11dB of gain @900MHz frequency and is designed using GaAs (gallium arsenide) technology. It is used as an amplifier in applications requiring low noise figure, high linearity, and high gain across a wide frequency range. It provides good gain flatness, low distortion, and high return loss. It has a self bias feature with no external biasing components required. The AG201-63G comes in the industry standard SOT-89 package size and is RoHS compliance, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
