The SD05M50DBS is a Full Bridge / Half Bridge Driver manufactured by Silan and designed to control motors for applications such as drones, robotics, and automotive. The driver is packaged in an 8-pin SOP-23H RoHS package and provides up to 500A peak source current. It has two inputs, a high-side switch with a built-in level shifter and an independent low-side switch. It also provides a unique dead time of 45ns to prevent shoot-through current and has an adjustable PWM frequency of up to 20kHz. It also has built-in current sense circuitry with an accuracy of ± 5%. This part is RoHS compliant and designed to operate over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
