Additional Infomation About Product

STL100NH3LL is a low on-resistance (25mO typ.) dual N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFETs suitable for use in low voltage automotive and general purpose applications. It features an integrated logic level gate drive, low gate charge and low RDS(on) at 4.5V. The logic level gate drive makes it possible to use the MOSFETs with low level signals and shorter rise/fall times. It is also mounted in the popular SO-8 package.
