The STN1HNK60 is a high-performance, integrated power switch from STMicroelectronics. It is designed for use in a wide range of applications including personal computers, home appliances, white goods, commercial devices and any other appliances requiring a power switch. The device is integrated with 30V, 6A power MOSFETs, a temperature monitor and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) circuit. It also features a low input current (IS) of 2µA and ‘green function’ support. The green function support allows for the current to go zero during standby mode, reducing power consumption. The device can also operate under PWM input signal or thermal control. Furthermore, the built-in thermal enhancement decreases the on resistance and operates at a higher temperature, providing a power on/off switch with up to 12 dBm of EMI noise reduction.
