STPS20120D is a 20A, single-phase, 400V ultrafast recovery rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics. This rectifier diode features ultra-low capacitance and ultrafast recovery times which ensure fast switching transitions, improved efficiency, and minimum distortion. This diode is designed for use in high frequency, high power applications such as DC motor drives and uninterruptible power supplies. It comes in a standard TO-220AB package with a typical forward voltage drop of 1.2V and a peak forward surge current of 200A.
