The STPS30120CTN is a power Schottky diode designed and manufactured by STMicroelectronics. This rectifier diode is suitable for use in high frequency rectification for applications such as DC to DC converters, motor control, and switch mode power supplies. It has two 15A power Schottky rectifier diodes with a 120V breakdown voltage and a 0.57V forward voltage. It is housed in a TO-220 package with excellent thermal resistance and mechanical stability. This device is suitable for high reliability, high power applications and offers a high surge current rating.
