The device is designed Double channel smart high-side driver with to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads through MultiSense analog feedback a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface, Very low standby current providing protection and diagnostics. Compatible with 3 V and 5 V CMOS The device integrates advanced protective outputs functions such as load current limitation, overload MultiSense diagnostic functions active management by power limitation and Multiplexed analog feedback of: load overtemperature shutdown with configurable current with high precision proportional latch-off. current mirror, V supply voltage and CC A FaultRST pin unlatches the output in case of T device temperature CHIP fault or disables the latch-off functionality. Overload and short to ground (power limitation) indication A dedicated multifunction multiplexed analog output pin delivers sophisticated diagnostic Thermal shutdown indication functions including high precision proportional OFF-state open-load detection load current sense, supply voltage feedback and Output short to V detection CC chip temperature sense, in addition to the Sense enable/ disable detection of overload and short circuit to ground, Protections short to V and OFF-state open-load. A sense CC enable pin allows OFF-state diagnosis to be Undervoltage shutdown disabled during the module low-power mode as Overvoltage clamp well as external sense resistor sharing among Load current limitation similar devices.
