The Texas Instruments ADS1113BQDGSRQ1 is an Automotive 16-Bit, 860SPS, 1-Channel Delta-Sigma Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) With Oscillator, Voltage Reference, and I2C Interface. It features a low-power consumption of just 460µA at full resolution, making it ideal for battery-powered systems. The internal Oscillator eliminates the need for an external clock, for easy integration into systems. The integrated voltage reference ensures that the signal is converted with a precise level of accuracy. The device is housed in a space-saving 10-VSSOP package and is designed to operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
