Additional Infomation About Product

The TB6588FG is an integrated motor driver developed by Toshiba, designed for applications such as PC core-logic voltage regulators. It is packaged in a HSOP-36 (heat-shrink open package) with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant lead-free solders. The part has 8 outputs, is optically isolated and has a Junction to Air (JU) thermal characteristics. The TB6588FG is a half bridge driver that can control DC motors in 3-phase applications or stepper motors. It provides the necessary protection functions like over temperature shut down, short circuit protection, over load protection and under voltage protection. The typical operating voltage range is 4.5 to 36V, the maximum output current is 3 A peak, and the switching speed is up to 100 kHz.
