The TPP80R300C MOSFET is a N Channel TO-220 MOSFET manufactured by UNIGROUP and designed for use in applications requiring very high current capability. It features a breakdown voltage of 800 V, a 15 A nominal current rating, a 260 mO on-state resistance at 10V, a 7.5 A saturated wattage of 151 W, and meets the requirements of RoHS.
