The BXT270N02M transistor is an N-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) manufactured by Bridgelux. It is a 270A product which can handle up to 275V with low on-state resistance, making it ideal for applications such as switch-mode power supplies, general-purpose power MOSFETs and motor-drive systems. It has fast switching speeds with excellent capability in power cycling and long-term reliability, thus increasing the device's capability for high speed and high temperature operations. The BXT270N02M MOSFET also features bipolar current destruction, allowing the device to open quickly and operate safely even under high-temperature conditions. As a result, it is commonly used in power-management instruments, including AC/DC and DC/DC switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, along with other power electronics.
