It features a 30V drain to source voltage, 5A peak drain current, 1.3V gate-source voltage @ 250uA gate charge, 47mO on-resistance @ 5A, 10V gate threshold voltage and SOT23-6 package, meeting RoHS requirement for hazardous materials.
