The KO6401-HF is a MOSFET P Channel 30V 5A 1.3V @ 250uA 47mO @ 5A,10V SOT23-6 RoHS manufactured by KEXIN. This electronic device is an enhancement mode FET designed as a single high-side switch for industrial, military and automotive applications. It features a 30V drain to source voltage, 5A peak drain current, 1.3V gate-source voltage @ 250uA gate charge, 47mO on-resistance @ 5A, 10V gate threshold voltage and SOT23-6 package, meeting RoHS requirement for hazardous materials. It has a low profile with good ESD immunity and surge capability. The KO6401-HF is ideal for high power switching, level shifting, and load/signal switching applications.
