Additional Infomation About Product

The BT152-400R is a Thyristor Surge Suppressor module manufactured by NXP. It is designed to provide overvoltage protection for electronic components and systems. The device is housed in a standard 4-pin Through Hole package, enabling easy integration into circuit designs. It is capable of withstanding surge voltages of up to 400V, producing an overvoltage clamping current of up to 7.0A (max). The BT152-400R has a low turn-on voltage of 1.15V and a fast response time of less than 1µs. The device also has an integrated snubber circuit for improved protection against high energy pulses.
