PDC3903X Potens

aThe PDC3903X with PPAK5x6 MOSFETs ROHS manufactured by Potensa is a Power MOSFET package designed to provide a superior performance for power switching applications. The package is RoHS compliant, making it an ideal choice for use with products that must adhere to strict environmental and safety standards. It is comprised of five integrated MOSFETs (three n-channel and two p-channel) in a PowerPAK-5x6 arrangement with a drain-source-gates staggered to provide a compact package and low resistance. The PDC3903X is rated for a VDS of 600 V and a drain current of 20 A for both the n-channel and p-channel devices, with an on-state resistance of as low as 19 mO and 106 mO, respectively. The package is also optimized for excellent thermal performance, providing the lowest drain–source thermal resistance per device. The package is suitable for applications requiring low switching losses and high blocking voltage, such as high frequency switching, motor control, and load switches.
