FEMTOCLOCK CRYSTAL-TO- ICS843001CI 3.3V, 2.5V LVPECL CLOCK GENERATOR FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION One differential LVPECL output pair The ICS843001CI is a Fibre Channel Clock ICS TM Generator and a member of the HiPerClocks Crystal oscillator interface designed for 23.4375MHz or HiPerClockS family of high performance devices from IDT. 26.5625MHz, 18pF parallel resonant crystal The ICS843001CI uses either a 26.5625MHz or a Selectable 106.25MHz, 187.5MHz or 212.5MHz 23.4375MHz crystal to synthesize 106.25MHz, output frequencies 187.5MHz or 212.5MHz, using the FREQ SEL pin. The ICS843001CI has excellent <1ps phase jitter performance, over VCO range: 560MHz - 680MHz the 637kHz 10MHz integration range.
