The device is constructed using a TO-252-2L plastic package with RoHS compliance and is rated for reverse voltages of 20V with a peak reverse volts of 100V. On top of that, it provides an extremely low forward voltage drop of 0.58V, high surge capability, and a high temperature operation from -55°C to 150°C.
