ATIONSThe DMP6350S with SOT-23 MOSFETs from TECH PUBLICATIONS is a medium-voltage, low-capacitance N-channel MOSFET that conforms to current RoHS standards. It is designed for a wide variety of switching and audio applications, such as DC-DC converters, motor control, or switching supplies. It is available in a number of differentpackage options, including the SOT-23 package.The DMP6350S features a maximum drain to source voltage of 40V, a maximum RDS(on) of 8.5 mohm, excellent rDS(on) matching within a single device, a maximum gate charge of 44 nC per device, excellent thermal stability and good resistance to vibration and shock. It is also designed for low-capacitance switching operation, which makes it ideal for high-speed switching lines or changing applications.The DMP6350S also has low gate-to-drain charge leakage, low residual threshold voltages, high output resistance and good surge capabilities for improved immunity to transient voltage spikes. Additionally, the package construction is designed to provide efficient heat dissipation and improved reliability.
